7/3/2009  Hooking up Infiltrator drain field lines for the yurt.  The yurt had a septic tank, but the utility contractors cut the drain field line when putting in the underground electrical.  Check out Aaron’s hat.  It was about 95 degrees, so it was needed.

7/2/09  One big happy bovine family.  Mr. Rider, our Dexter bull,  is reunited with his “girls.”

6/25/09.  Our hay is finally baled!  Once it was cut we had a couple days of rain, but since the hay was not in windrows or bales, it did not hurt it.  We ended up with 975 bales.  Half of them went to the custome hay service, so Jon, Casey, Aaron and other volunteers helped us get it all in the barn over the next three days.

Aaron excavating out the concrete pads for the old double wide trailer that used to sit in our front field.  That stuff was thick enough to hold up a nuclear reactor.
